4 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoons of starch
1-liter milk
1 tablespoon butter
vanilla

Caramel:
1 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 and a half tablespoons of butter
vanilla

Bake the cake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes
