Cabbage And Apples Mix

Ingredients:
1 small onion, sliced
1 small cabbage, shredded
1 apples, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
A pinch of salt and black pepper to the taste
½ cup apple juice
¼ cup chicken stock
1 and ½ tablespoons mustard
½ tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Grease your slow cooker with the oil, add apples, cabbage and onions.
2. In a bowl, mix stock with mustard, salt, black pepper and the apple juice,
whisk well, pour into the cooker, cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.
3. Divide between plates and serve as a side dish.
