Cauliflower Mash

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 hours
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower head, florets separated
1/3 cup dill, chopped
6 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons ghee, melted
A pinch of salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Put cauliflower in your slow cooker, add dill, garlic and water to cover
cauliflower, cover and cook on High for 5 hours.
2. Drain cauliflower and dill, add salt, pepper and ghee, mash using a potato
masher, whisk well and serve as a side dish.
3. Enjoy!
