Chicken breasts with basil and garlic, brown rice with carrots and onions

-2 cups brown rice
-Chopped onion
-Olive oil
-Grated carrots
-Chinese Kebab

We will fry the first onions in olive oil with salt and spices, and then we lower the carrots in two turns, and we put the rice and it is washed and soaked for five minutes, and we fry them together well, after that we go down to the boiling water, and when it boils well, we put the fire and let it cook well.

Grilled breasts with garlic and basil:
-Half a kilo of chicken breasts
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 small spoons of basil
-Big spoon of garlic powder
-A tablespoon of lemon juice

We season the breasts with all the ingredients above and fry them in a bowl with a large spoonful of olive oil until they turn a golden color.

Red cabbage salad:
-Red cabbage
-Grated carrots
-2 packs of fat-free yogurt
-Half a cup of skim milk
-Teaspoon onion powder
-1 tablespoon of diet sugar or white honey
-Big spoon vinegar

We will turn the dressing ingredients on their own first, and then we will add the cabbage and carrots and put them in the fridge for two hours and they will be ready to eat.
