Chicken cubes with vegetables and cream

-Half a kilo of cubed chicken breasts
-Minced onion
-Salt and Pepper
-Minced tom
-Minced ginger
-Cumin and coriander
-Diced fried eggplant
-Fried cubed zucchini
-Fried Pumpkin Cubes
-Fried carrots
-2 cups of cooking cream
-Half a cup of cream cheese
-Oil and butter
-Chopped parsley for garnish

A frying pan on the fire has some oil and butter and put the chicken in it for five minutes and put it in a chopped sauce with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, cumin and coriander. Add the mushrooms and stir it up. Add tom and ginger and stir for a minute. Then we drop the vegetables. Creamy and calm the fire for five minutes, but the taste remained wonderful.

Cooking Cream:
-Hanging as my cream
-Quarter cup of flour
-Quarter cup of dried milk
-Hanging as starch
-Pinch of salt
-Quarter cup of butter
-A cup and a half of milk
-Half a cup of water

We will stir in flour, milk, water, starch and milk powder together on the cold, and then we put them on the fire with stirring until the mixture boils… We turn off the fire and wait for it to cool down a little bit and transfer it to the blender and add butter, cream and a pinch of salt and beat them together for five minutes…. and that’s it ready. Keep it in the mixer. The refrigerator is 3 days, and you can use it as a substitute for cooking cream in any recipe, whether with soup, bechamel or any white sauce.
