Delicious Clam Chowder

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 3 hours and 30 minutes
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
6 bacon slices, cooked and chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
13 ounces canned clams, chopped
2 sweet potatoes, chopped
1 and ¾ cups water
1 teaspoon Paleo Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup tapioca flour
24 ounces canned coconut milk
Directions:
1. In your slow cooker, mix water with clams, carrots, onion, bacon, potatoes
and Worcestershire sauce, stir, cover and cook on High for 3 hours.
2. Add coconut milk mixed with tapioca flour, stir and cook on High for 30
minutes more.
3. Divide chowder into bowls and serve.
4. Enjoy!
