The ingredients:

For the dough:

– cornstarch: 25 gr.
– cocoa: 20 gr.
– baking powder: 8 gr.
– icing sugar: 90 gr.
– butter: 120 gr.
– honey: 24 gr.
– eggs: 130 gr.
– egg yolks: 60 gr.
– rum: 13 gr.
– dark chocolate 50% cocoa: 60 gr.
– milk chocolate: 60 gr.

For the wet:
– water: 125 gr.
– sugar: 100 gr.
– cocoa: 15 gr.
– orange liqueur (40% alcohol): 35 gr.

For the chocolate glaze:
– dark chocolate: 90 gr.
– butter: 30 gr.
– oil (odorless): 5 gr.

Cooking temperature: 175 degrees Celsius
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Baking pan diameter: 24 cm.
