Drunk Sour Cherry Cake

The ingredients:

For the base:
– whole eggs: 6 pcs.
– egg yolks: 2 pcs.
– 00 flour: 150 gr.
– sugar: 150 gr.
– bitter cocoa powder: 30 gr.
– Salt to taste.
– vanilla sugar (or vanillin): to taste

To fill the cake:

1. For the “drunk” sour cherries:
– sour cherries from the compote: 400 gr.
– sugar: 2 tbsp
– grated lemon peel
– sour cherry liqueur: 25 ml.

2. For the cream:
– sweetened condensed milk: 100 gr.
– butter: 140 gr.
– milk chocolate: 100 gr.
– dark chocolate: 50 gr.

For the glaze:
– honey: 25 gr.
– milk chocolate: 40 gr.
– dark chocolate: 60 gr.
– oil: 5 ml.
– fresh cream: 125 ml.
– toasted walnuts: 60 gr.
