Easy Lamb Curry

Cooking time: 6 hours
Servings: 2
3 tablespoons madras curry paste
1 yellow onion, sliced
10 ounces canned tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup kale, chopped
2 lean lamb steaks, chopped
1. In your Crockpot, mix lamb with curry paste, onion, tomatoes, ginger,
cumin, cinnamon and kale, toss, cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.
Discard cinnamon stick, stir curry, divide between bowls and serve.
2. Enjoy!
