Glazed Sesame Salmon

Preparation Time:20 minutes
Cooking time: 1.5 hours
Servings: 7
5 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon olive oil
21 oz salmon fillet
1. Combine the salt, ground black pepper, ground paprika, turmeric, and fresh
rosemary in the bowl and grind the spices together.
2. Sprinkle the salmon fillet with the spices on both sides. Pour the olive oil
into the pan and roast the salmon on high heat for 3 minutes or until you
get a crunchy crust.
3. Meanwhile, put the brown sugar and sesame seeds in the slow cooker.
4. Add the balsamic vinegar and butter.
5. Sprinkle the mixture with water and cook it on HIGH for 30 minutes,
stirring it frequently to not let the sugar burn. Then add the salmon fillet
and cook it on low for 1 hour more.
6. Stir the salmon fillet to glaze it on every side. Serve the cooked salmon
hot. Enjoy!
