Grilled breasts with basil

Grilled breasts, basil sauce (pesto) and fresh tomato salad. Let’s see how we did it.

-2 whole chicken breasts
-Bishr 2 lemons
-1 small spoon finely chopped tom
-Half a cup of lemon juice
-A quarter cup of olive oil
-Hanging as pesto
-Salt and Pepper

We season the breasts with all the ingredients above and put them in a pan with some oil or roast in the oven until they are cooked.

Pesto sauce:
-2 cups basil
-ΒΌ cup parmesan or romano cheese
-3 cloves of Tom intact
-Salt and Pepper
-Half a cup of olive oil
-Half a cup of peeled almonds or pine nuts


Bring the kibbeh and put the basil, tom, salt and pepper, and some olive oil, pine nuts or almonds and cheese, and beat it all together until it softens. During the beating, add oil until it softens and is ready for pasta or seasoning the chicken, and you can keep me in the refrigerator door for the time of use.

Pasta with Basil Sauce:
-Half a kilo of boiled pasta
-2 tablespoons dried tomatoes
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-2 tablespoons of pesto sauce
-Salt and Pepper
-Minced Tom text
-Parmesan cheese, for garnishing on the other
-Cup of cooking cream

A bowl with a little oil in it, bring the garlic for a minute, and put the dried tomatoes with a pinch of salt and pepper for a minute, and add the pesto sauce, my heart, and bring the cream to a boil.

Tomatoes with thyme and basil
Cherry tomatoes halves
Olive oil
Minced tom
Minced red onion
White vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Minced basil
Minced thyme
