Lamb Leg

Ingredients:
4 pounds lamb leg
A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 and ½ teaspoon thyme, dried
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups beef stock
3 tablespoons almond flour
Directions:
1. Put lamb leg In your Crockpot, add salt, pepper, thyme, garlic, oil and
stock, stir, cover and cook on Low for 10 hours. Transfer lamb leg to a
cutting board, slice and divide between plates. Transfer 2 cups cooking
juices to a pot, add almond flour, stir, heat up over medium heat, cook for
1-2 minutes, drizzle over lamb and serve.
