Red velvet cake

Cake ingredients:
16 tablespoons flour = 290 grams
1 tablespoon light cocoa = 8 grams
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda = 13 grams
12 tablespoons sugar = 180 grams
4 eggs
Vanilla
15 tablespoons oil = 120 grams
20 tablespoons milk = 300 grams
1 1/2 teaspoon red color
1 1/4 tablespoon vinegar = 22 grams

Cream ingredients:
1 liter of milk
1 cup sugar = 220 grams
9 tablespoons flour
Vanilla
1/2 cup of cream cheese or 6 pieces of cheese triangles

Notes
bake the cake in a 22 cm frying pan for 12 minutes
