Spicy Perch

Ingredients:
14 oz perch, peeled
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 chili pepper, chopped
1 onion, peeled and diced
3 garlic cloves, sliced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cilantro
1 tablespoon harissa paste
1 teaspoon curry paste
1 teaspoon olive oil
3 tablespoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. Rub the perch with the cayenne pepper, ground ginger, cilantro, harissa
paste, and curry paste. Then fill the perch with the sliced garlic, diced
onion, and chopped chili pepper.
2. Combine the olive oil and fish sauce in a bowl.
3. Add the water and whisk. Put the foil in the slow cooker and transfer the
perch there. Sprinkle the fish with the fish sauce liquid and wrap it in the
foil carefully.
4. Close the lid and cook the fish on HIGH for 4.5 hours. When the fish is
cooked, remove it from the slow cooker. Let it sit for 15 minutes in foil
and then serve!
