Taste of dill with lemon zest, tuna and a little spice

Tuna Kofta with Potato:
-2 boiled and mashed potatoes
-Can of shredded tuna
-Half a cup of rice flour
-Chopped dill
-Lemon zest
-Cumin
-Garlic powder
-Fish spices
-Salt and black pepper
-For packing*
-Precise
-Eggs + milk
-Rusk + flour
-Curcuma
-Salt

Bring a large bowl and mash the potatoes in it very well. Add tuna, dill, lemon zest and all the spices to it and half an amount of rice flour and mix them very well. Sprinkle it with salt and turmeric…and put the kofta in the flour, then eggs and milk, then rusk, and put it in the freezer for half an hour and put it on hot and abundant oil, not more than 3 minutes, and I eat the best kofta.

Vegetable Tuna Salad:
-Kabocha
-Sliced pickled cucumber
-Grated carrots
-Corn
-Tuna can
-Boiled pasta

Sauce:
-2 cartons of yogurt
-Half a cup of mayonnaise
-Lemon juice
-Olive oil
-Chopped dill
-Refundable
-Salt and black pepper

We will stir the ingredients of the sauce together and put all the vegetables on it with tuna and pasta and put it in the refrigerator for two hours only.
