-A cup and a quarter of plain or brown flour
-½ cup finely ground oats or whole grains
-¼ cup melted butter or oil
-A cup and a quarter of Rayeb or regular milk or juice
-2 teaspoons baking powder
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon cinnamon… optional
-2 tablespoons of regular sugar, and if you want diet sugar, keep one spoon full
-2 small size eggs
-A teaspoon of liquid vanilla or half a spoonful of vanilla powder
-Pinch of salt
We will stir all the ingredients together and then pour some of the mixture into a heated bowl without applying anything to it, and when it starts to tighten and you find it in bubbles, start flipping it on the other side.
-A cup of almond shells, soaked in water for 6 hours, and drained
-4 cups of water
We will beat the drained almonds with 4 cups of water in the blender for 5 minutes, until they are fine, and then bring a large urine, drain it and a screen like that of couscous. And it tastes great.
